So I have done…

a bunch of crunches already, so thanks for all the follows so far! 

For the followers I get now, I am going to run up and down the stairs twice, and do 10 crunches. 

I know this doesn’t seem like much but give me a little break! I just had a baby, and just got cleared to work out, after not working out for 10 months!
